The Farmer’s Market near the Cathedral
The farmer’s market is small, friendly market in the fish market square (place du Marché aux Poissons). Every Saturday, it hosts ten or so farmers offering outstanding products: poultry, pigeons, Alsatian cured meats, fish, really fresh fruits and vegetables, herbal teas... Flavours that are guaranteed to be irresistible.

Organic meals at Ferme Andres: from the farmyard to the plate
Valère Diochet, the chef of Le Pont aux Chats restaurant (rated with 2 chef’s hats and one of Gault & Millau’s Top Picks) goes to the Andres farm to collect his ingredients, which go directly from the field to the plate: seasonal vegetables, mushrooms, eggs and poultry.
