Eiffel Tower Totally unique

Climb to the top of the Eiffel Tower, Paris' number 1 attraction, which celebrated its 120th anniversary in 2009. Whether you take the stairs or the lift, the "Iron Lady" of Paris is worth ascending for the panoramic view at the top: on a clear day you can see as far as 60 km. You won't be disappointed! By night, the 360° view over the monuments and great boulevards of the city of lights is worth the detour, particularly as there are fewer visitors after nightfall.

Built in 1889 by Gustave Eiffel, the Eiffel Tower was for many years the world's highest structure, boasting a height of 320 metres. Its design, so original at the time, has been adopted as the symbol of the Paris skyline. At night, for 10 minutes every hour, the tower sparkles with 20,000 silver blue lights which took 25 professional climbers 5 months to install. The spectacle is even more captivating from inside the tower.

Tip: to dine at Jules Verne, the second level restaurant of the famous French chef Alain Ducasse, you need to book months in advance...
