Modified train times: Travel instructions

Your train times have been modified; please find the instructions here for travelling, in compliance with regulations depending on your retrieval method:

  •     Standard ticket, collected or delivered to your home:

No changes need to be made; you can board the train with your original ticket.

  •     Standard ticket, not yet collected:

The new times will be directly stated on your new ticket when you retrieve it.

  •     E-ticket:

Your ticket needs to be printed again and will then include the new times.

  •     E-ticket on your mobile phone, loyalty card or Annual Forfait season card: this will be updated automatically. The ticket held on your card or your mobile phone includes the new times for your journey.
