 It is not possible anymore to retrieve your train tickets from a European boutique.

You can use the below ticket retrieval methods, available via our OUI.sncf website:

  • An e-ticket: nominative ticket, to be printed at home or to be downloaded via our application. More information.
  • Paper tickets send to your home address: priority mail for journeys on nearby dates. You will receive your paper tickets within a maximum of 15 working days. During periods of disrupted train traffic the delivery time can be longer. More information
