There are two options open to you:

  • The traveller can receive his tickets by post
  • The traveller prints his tickets on-line: select the "Billet Imprimé®" or the "e-ticket" service if available for the journey selected.

Notify the traveller of the booking reference and the name under which the booking was made.

Then all he has to do is enter these details on the site and follow the instructions to print his tickets.

Print-at-home tickets and e-ticket confirmations are non-transferable.

When creating the tickets please ensure you enter the correct full name and date of birth for each traveller.

  • Collection at a Boutique or French station: retrieval is only possible if the traveller has the bank card used to make the on-line payment.
