New : Since 24 June, you can exchange or cancel the outward or return trip for one of the passengers, this feature is available on the web at the moment.

How do I cancel my train ticket on the OUI.sncf website ?

  • I go to the 'My Bookings' area
  • I indicate my travel reference as well as the name associated with it
  • Then I can cancel my ticket
  • Before validating my cancellation, I'll get a detailed summary.

How do I cancel my train ticket on the OUI.sncf application ?

1. Open the OUI.sncf application
2. Connect to your account
3. Click on the button "See my trip"
4. Proceed with the cancellation of the ticket.

How can I exchange my train ticket on the OUI.sncf website ? 

  • I go to the 'My Bookings' area

Why is there no exchange or cancel button ?

  • If your order includes a OUIGO ticket, you must go to the OUIGO.com website to exchange your ticket.
  • Disruptions are announced for your train, special exchange and refund conditions may apply. Read more.

Do you already have your cardboard tickets ? Do you already have your tickets received at home or collected at the station ?

If the modification conditions allow it, you can exchange or cancel your ticket directly online. Here's how to do it:

1. Cancel or exchange your ticket online via the "My Bookings" tap on the website or via "My Trip" on the OUI.sncf application.
2. end us your exchange or cancellation request within 60 days via our contact form by clicking on "Order tracking" then go to "Exchange and cancellation", and let yourself be guided !
3. Prepare to send a photograph of your cardboard ticket by following the procedure below:

  • Cut your cardboard ticket in 2 like the example below
  • Put a red circle around your full name, the train number, the exchange and cancellation conditions, the travel file number and the price of your ticket.

In which cases the exchange or cancellation cannot be carried out on the OUI.sncf application ?

If your cancellation or exchange request does not concern all of the passengers or the journey, it cannot be made on the OUI.sncf application. However, you can request it on our website.
