You no longer need to leave your house to collect your tickets as they can be sent direct to your home address free of charge!

Home delivery is available for travel with TGV, INTERCITES, TER, EUROSTAR and THALYS.

For travel with OUIGO, Italo, and TGV Lyria, you can only use e-tickets or print your tickets at home.

Please note:

We do not offer a tracking service for orders dispatched by post.

Tickets for home delivery are transferable.

However, they bear the name of the person who placed the order.

Rest assured, they can be used by any traveller.

All that we require is that the traveller can prove he is eligible for any reduced fares purchased.

Ticket not received

I haven't received my train ticket. What should I do?

You selected home delivery for your train ticket and you have not received it.

You cannot change the ticket collection method selected once your order has been confirmed. We cannot issue a duplicate or e-ticket if you lose or fail to receive your ticket.

More than 10 days until you travel?

Don't worry, your ticket is being processed and should be sent to you shortly.


Less than 10 days until you travel?
If you have not received your ticket, simply:

1. Purchase a new ticket from our website or at an SNCF ticket office.

2. Send a letter or the form given to you by a sales agent at the station to the following address in order to obtain a refund for the additional ticket you had to purchase:

3. Include the ORIGINAL copies of the tickets you had to purchase and the references of the tickets you did not receive with the form. Scans or photocopies of your tickets will not be accepted.

4. Please make sure that you send us your full contact details (full name - postal address - email address - telephone number - bank details)

This is available for a selection of fares and destinations in Europe.

Old-fashioned SNCF tickets must be punched at the station to ensure they are valid for travel.
