Can’t get out of an important meeting? Stuck in traffic? With the OUI mobile app, you can exchange or cancel your e-ticket in just a few clicks.

How to change your travel time or date? 
1. Go to “My Tickets” on your app
2. Select the booking you’d like to change or import the train ticket you bought on the OUI website
3. Choose a new travel date and/or time
4. You’ll receive a price quote for the ticket exchange:

• Booking at the same rate? Confirm the exchange
• The initial fare isn’t available? You may have to pay an additional sum

5. The confirmation of your exchange and your new booking reference will be displayed. You will also receive a text message to confirm your exchange

Need help cancelling your train ticket?
1. Go to “My Tickets” on your app
2. Select the booking you’d like to change or import the ticket you bought on the OUI website
3. Select “Cancel”
4. A page confirming your cancellation will be displayed, along with your booking reference. You will also receive an email to confirm the ticket cancellation

WHICH TRAIN TICKETS CAN BE EXCHANGED OR CANCELLED?

• Tickets with exchangeable and/or refundable fares
• M-ticket bookings made via the app or the OUI website
• Home delivery tickets or tickets collected at stations, boutiques or self-service terminals*

Are you a Pro, Grand Voyageur, Grand Voyageur + or Grand Voyageur Le Club traveler? Exchange your ticket at the last minute - even up to 30 minutes after your train has left the station!

*Import your ticket onto your mobile phone via the app, cancel or exchange it on your phone and go to the station to get your refund (even after the date of the journey).
