M-TICKET: TGV OR TGV BRUSSELS-FRANCE

• Book a train ticket via the mobile app. Mobile ticketing makes everything easier! Instead of printing or picking up your ticket, choose the m-ticket delivery option. Save your ticket for TGV Brussels-France, TGV France and Intercités trains in a barcode format and show this to the ticket inspector before you get on board. You can even access your m-ticket without an internet connection.
• Reserving a ticket as a “Voyageur” traveler? You can still use the virtual ticket option! Your travel details will be placed automatically on your SNCF Voyageur Card.
• TGV m-ticket holders can take advantage of simplified cancellation and exchange procedures.

M-TICKETLESS: THALYS

Book a ticketless journey on Thalys. The next time you reserve your Thalys ticket, simply check the Thalys m-ticketless box and save your ticket in a barcode format. When you get on the train, show the barcode to the train inspector to validate your journey and you’re all set. Better yet, you can even access your m-ticketless without an internet connection.

Own a Thalys The Card? Good news: you can put your virtual ticket on your Thalys loyalty card!

• Step 1: Download the OUI app onto your smartphone or tablet
• Step 2: Use the app to book your trip. Select TGV “m-ticket” or Thalys “m-ticketless” as the delivery method
• Step 3: Look for your booking in the “My Tickets” section of your app and show your m-ticket to the inspector upon boarding.
  
  Reserved your ticket on the OUI.sncf website? If you still want to use our mobile ticketing services, simply import your booking to the app via “My Tickets” to receive an m-ticket!
  
  Using Passbook? You can import all TGV m-tickets and Thalys m-ticketless to your Passbook app. Learn more here >

PRACTICAL INFO: FROM E-TICKET TO M-TICKET

Reserved your train ticket on the OUI website using your customer account? All you have to do is log in to the OUI app and click on the “My ticket” tab to retrieve your m-ticket.

Made a reservation without using a customer account? You can import your e-ticket to your phone by entering your booking reference and the name you used during the reservation.

You’ll receive your m-ticket in the form of a barcode - this is what you’ll need to show to the ticket inspector on board. You can even access your m-ticket through our app offline!
