SAVE YOUR TICKET IN PASSBOOK VIA THE V. APP

Keep all your travel info in one place with our Passbook app
If you’re an iPhone user import your train tickets directly into your Passbook and off you go!

WhAT IS PASSBOOK?

Passbook is an Apple app available on iPhones with iOS 6 and above. It allows you to store all your coupons, boarding cards, cinema tickets and OUI train tickets in one place, with easy access to your m-tickets.

After you import your tickets onto Passbook via the OUI app, you’ll show the barcode corresponding to your train travel to the ticket inspector instead of printing out a paper ticket. If you’re an iPhone Voyageur traveller, you can place this virtual ticket on your Loyalty card as well.

HOW TO USE PASSBOOK

Wondering how to import your tickets into Passbook from the OUI app? It’s easy! Just follow these steps.

  • Step 1: Select the TGV m-ticket or Thalys m-ticketless delivery method during your booking
  • Step 2: Go to the “My Tickets” tab in the app, select your ticket and click on “m-ticket”
  • Step 3: A barcode will be displayed along with the “Add to Passbook” button
  • Step 4: Your ticket has now been added to Passbook
  • Step 5: Find your ticket in the iPhone Passbook* app and show it to the ticket inspector

*Remember: If you change or cancel your ticket on the OUI app, you’ll need to process or delete it manually in Passbook.

ACCESS YOUR TICKET

Simplify your next train travel with SNCF by using Apple’s iOS Passbook application. No need to worry about printing out a paper ticket - when you get to the station, you can access your ticket on your mobile phone and get it scanned by the ticket inspector.

How does it work? You’ll receive a travel notification on your iPhone screen two hours before departure. When asked for your travel documents at the train station, simply drag the notification to the right to display your ticket's barcode - no need to open the OUI application to find your ticket! The ticket inspector will scan the barcode right on your phone and then you’re all set!
